I went under the belief that some threads don't deserve to be bumped, so I simply didn't. I also bitched about Code Geass a lot, considering how much it has fucked up /a/ in the long run.

Pretty much, I was banned for being an asshole to everyone, and I really do feel bad about it in the long run. I've mellowed out though.

As for /a/, things like Naruto and bleach used to be sage-on-sight discussions. That's not really the case anymore, though. The new breed there actually like the stuff, and their underagefaggotry shows. Ever since the code geass spam and /jp/ split, nothing has ever been the same. And the increased time limit was just the final straw.

I had a concurrent double ban once.

It showed up funky on the ban page.

In my time here, there are a few things that I've come to realize. The problem with 4chan at the moment is the everchanging userbase. Even if you know a fanbase is destroying a board and ruining the atmosphere, you can't do anything about it as a mod if it's related to the board. The faggotry follows with them as it goes on, and an ever expanding vortex that feeds on itself is created by those making the new atmosphere and inviting those who enjoy the atmosphere.

Crunchyrollfags come in, and it's up to the userbase to stop them. The mods are bound and can't do anything about it even if they know that it will destroy the board in the long run.

At the same time, there is a distinct lack of moderation. I won't accuse the mods of not doing their jobs, however, I will accuse m00t of not getting enough mods. I'm sure there are enough people that lurk here 24/7 and have no lives that would be willing to do it.
