Hey /r9k/ I have really bad social anxiety

>started online school jr. Year of high school
>sophomore in college and still taking online classes
>I avoid talking on a phone, so I just txt to communicate no matter how inconvenient
>started skipping doctor appointments. Been 'fired' many times because of it
>no friends because I'm so socially retarded and awkward

Pic related. I can't even play online games anymore because I get so anxious.

I don't know if this should be in /soc/ because I never post anything in fear of getting made fun of. Sorry if this is the wrong board, ill be happy to post it in the right board if i am.Or spelling something wrong. Or even by chance someone wants my contact info. Or if I don't know how to respond to a reply. Oh god, what if by some freak chance that someone knows who I am.

It's ruining my life. I'm so lonely, but I can't get myself to talk to a cashier. I've even tried talking to a professional, and suggested to try and do some online practice on webcam sites. To try to get use to talking face to face with someone. I'd have online friends... But I feel like I would just bug them and they'd eventually stop talking to me and I would keep waiting for a reply and get anxious and think I offended them or some thing.
Help. I can't stand feeling so alone anymore. I can't stand being a ghost.

Also you need to actually have the focus, it isn't like sitting down in your classroom and taking notes pretending to listen, you actually have to put in effort
also attendance is mandatory, they usually require you to be signed in 5-8 hours a day or 60 hours a week
I did it in my freshman, sophomore, and junior year of high school. I started senior year at a public school and I had no idea how to communicate with people. It was one of the worst years of my life.

Online school is easy. In highschool i just went at my own pace, they pretty much handed me my work and i had to just turn it all in before the end of the semester. College is more like a traditional class room, due dates every week, lectures, notes. over all pretty easy since if i honestly don't know the question, I can look it up online and learn it that way.
I was awful at traditional school. I felt like a spot light was on me at all times. I couldn't relax. so I did really bad in school

I physically go to school, but I'm still completely alone. Only time I leave the house is for school, or anything else essential (doctor appointments). I've texted about six times ever over the past four years, and mostly I'm on the computer for hours on end because I don't have anything else to do. I don't even play video games anymore, I've gotten bored of them.
