Stop being a bitch, brah. 14 is a fine age to start drinking. Just because her dad is an alcoholic doesn't mean she's going to be one. Let your sister do what she wants, she's not a baby anymore.

Confront him about the issue, and threaten to involve your parents, the police, the FBI, anything that you think will scare the piss out of him. If he doesn't listen to verbal reason, only resort to your fists if you know for a fact that you can subdue him without serious injury. Assault on a minor will not look good on your record. Take him down out in the open, with witnesses at hand. That'll fuck with his ego a bit, if words can't make him change.

Next, talk to your sister about it. Don't do it in an all-powerful, father-figure way. Talk to her like a brother should. Relate to/make up a story about how you were once offered alcohol, accepted it, and did something you regretted later. Then, for the next few weeks, make sure you're around a lot. Make sure to show that you care about her and her well-being, and that it's not a forced caring, but just something instinctual.

If above methods don't help, do NOT resort to violence in any form. You can't keep your lil' sis out of harm's way if you're serving jail time.

If you live in America, fuck him up. American's don't know how to drink responsibly, and this douche is going to destroy your half-sister's life not only with alcohol, but potentially with date rape. Not only that, but whether you know it or not you probably have subconscious sexual feelings for your half-sister, and beating competition to death will make you feel great.

It's pretty common for 14 years old to drink. She'll be fine if she's as "smart" as you say she is.

Have you considered actually sitting and talking with your sister about it, OP? Tell her you aren't mad (even if you are) and that you just want to make sure she doesn't do something that'll ruin her life. Ask her to take it easy, warn her about putting drinks down at parties, driving with someone drunk, all that stuff. The second you try and crack down on her or start yelling is the second she stops listening to you.

I am in a similar situation. Actually I'm in the exact same situation, except for one thing; my position. I'm the one dating the 14 year old. Everything else is there, even a halfbrother that is trying to fuck things up.

I can assure you, beating up the guy isn't going to do anything but distance the sister from you. Talk to the guy, get to know him. Maybe he isn't that much of an asshole that's merely after some delicious young poon.

OP here; that's actually a decent point. I guess my initial reaction of RAGE might have been a bit excessive. I'll try to get to know the guy a bit. Make it clear that if he fucks with her, I'll fuck with him, but aside from that, if he's cool I'll be cool with it.
