    For those of you who don't know, the Australian government is trying to set up an internet filter on all ISPs. To be censored is "pornography and inappropriate material", including R rated games, filesharing sites, internet gambling sites, hate speech... everything the government doesn't approve of.

    So on Saturday, I joined one of the protests held simultaneusly in every capital city - made up a placard, chanted slogans... all that hippy bullshit.

    I just got to see a tape of the media coverage that was on the news that night and fuck me if it wasn't the most INSANELY BIASED shit I've ever seen. Thirty seconds coverage of a countrywide protest, then five minutes given to some lying government bitch who basically said; "Oh, they're just misinformed! the internet filter is a wonderful, magical thing that will protect our children from pedophiles! you don't hate our children, do you?"
