I would very much like an invite. For rap, look in to Asheru, Immortal Technique, and Dead Celebrity Status. Upload ratio is the ratio of how much content you've uploaded to how much you've downloaded.

For FLAC v. MP3, it's really up to you. FLAC is a lossless codec though, so if you can get either one, you should go with FLAC.
