But they aren't, and no, they aren't the exception. There are plenty of guys at my campus that the girls ignore, and the girls actively go after the top athlete or fratbro. These guys are not assholes, retarded, or deformed. Hell, most of them are still whiteknights. But even so, they would be the first to commit in a relationship.

Well if you're completely objective, both men and women have the same amount of bad skin, tired eye bags, etc. If anything, men usually have more because of higher testosterone. But fortunately, men aren't expected to have flawless baby skin and whatnot. But then again, these ate models, and you have to look decent without makeup.
