The first time I came to 4chan in 2004 or 2005 I didn't know how to get to anything on the site because all I saw was a bunch of text on the side frame that wasn't clickable and I didn't feel like reading. I thought only some kind of special secret hackers could get in. I didn't figure it out until 2006...

The first several times i was linked to 4chan, /b/ was doing that flashing shit which made it unbearable to stay there very long. I also had no fucking idea how to navigate the forum. At any rate, i didn't start going there every day until a few years later
