I used to work in a deli and there was a teenage girl who turned the place into a drama fuckfest. Occasionally I'd get asked or told about how x or y were absolute losers or were all sorts of nasty things. It was pretty horrible, even led to witnessing a few after-work confrontations.

I tended to stay out of those conversations, help out everyone and keep a neutral smile on my face. I'd like to think that I avoided any drama and I think my manager appreciated that fact as well.
