    I used to have TONS of fun back in 2004, 05, 06 on /b/ with the AIM threads. I made so many amazing friends that I still talk to today.

    I want you all to experience friendship like that.
    Even if it's just online, you can still care for people, and be loved.

    Hardly anyone still uses AIM, nearly everyone has moved on to FB chat. I have Trillian so my FB and AIM are always signed in, but it seems like everyday I notice a person I used to talk to on AIM hasn't signed on in like a month, but their FB is logged in.

    If I end up talking to someone we'll talk for the night, then never talk again. Either they'll block me, never log on again, or they'll be on and never message me, and when I finally do they'll not answer. Then I'll feel like a needy loser then I'll block them and I'll feel more alone.
