Total fucking beta. Does whatever my mother wants. Annoys her to no end, just for existing. Spent years getting abused at work, being called names and forced to do demeaning stuff like get the boss coffee and being told to make it again. AND COMPLYING! My mother had to write a letter to the board at his work on his behalf in order to get the sadistic fuck that was bullying him transferred to another department. I was so disgusted when I learned that was what happened. He never had any trouble releasing the righteous fury on his children, yet he couldn't even lift a FINGER to defend himself. In fact, a good portion of the beatings I got as a kid might be directly attributable to my dad's boss.

I kind of respect my mother, though. Total INTP if you give a shit about meyer-briggs. Always has something interesting to talk about, is always learning things, and is unafraid to see the real truth of the world. Is more interested in literature and forest creatures than status, and is actually kind to people on a personal level. She is very cold, and awkward around people, though. She has some really fucked up views too, but that's probably just because she's willing to consider any idea. For better or worse, I take after her a lot.

Beta as fuck, doesn't like sports, his wife is a moron and he has no friends and is generally a neckbeard. However he could kick your ass and he left his last job by choking out his boss, so that's pretty alpha I guess.

Yet the people he works with give him the highest praise, saying how he goes above and beyond whats required of him. He can negotiate prices and always ends up getting stuff with 20% off, or free shit thrown in just by being polite. And if you manage to piss him off he has no problem making a complaint about it (if some purchase goes wrong, or etc) and usually gets many apologies and more free stuff and discounts.

He also shamelessly flirts with any cashier or shop assistant girls that happen to get in his way XD

My dad was a principal/teacger during the 70's, AKA the Golden Era of teaching.

Let's just say a kid mouthed him off so he picked him up and hung him on a locker coat hook from the kid's jean belt loop.

Also I was talking to his best friend from High School, he said that when the girl volleyball team was heading to an out of town game, my dad and him went underneath the bus the girls were on and stayed under there for around 12 miles.

I hate going out to restaurants 'cause at least 4 people will recognize him, come up to him and say "You were the best teacher/principal ever!"

Dad is pretty alpha. Traveled the world. Almost got lynched in Africa, worked in Vietnam after the war when there was still a lot of fighting going on there and as far as I know broke a friend from a jail while he was down there. He can also build a house pretty much alone from the ground up and do it to modern building codes. He also started to restore a 56 Chevy Bel Air when he was 16. 6 years later it was a street legal dragster with 1050 horsepower on the backwheels.
Over the years I've learnt to take what my dad says with a grain of salt.

Though it is a shame that he is a selfish alcoholic asshole. I'd probably be a pretty different person if he had taken some initiative or just done something with me when I was a kid.
