    That acne flowchart is shit. Someone put way too much effort into making in and they are wasting the time and money of anyone that follows it.

    The cheapest and best way to destroy (facial) acne is to change your pillow case every night. The easiest way to do this is to buy a bunch of hand towels at the dollar store and cycle them over your pillow each night. I found it easier to just blow $20 on a fist-full of them so that I could wash them with a load of whites every couple of weeks or something and never worry about if I had a clean one.
