you're supposed to report posts, not people. If the post itself is breaking the rules then you report it, but if the post is posted by someone who constantly breaks the rules but is not in violation of the rules itself, then you don't report it.

reporting every post a guy makes to get the mods' attention is also annoying as fuck and an abuse of the report system, so don't do that.

as the image says only report posts that break the rules (and you don't have to break up 4chan links either)

Priorities. Talking about weapons, whatever his intent is, is more pertaining to /k/ than dealing with political views about them. Maybe if half of the board's threads weren't only tangentially related to weapons his threads would stand out as spam, but given that nobody reports those threads (including you) what under other circumstances might be considered as spam is a quality contribution in the absence of primarily weapons-related discussion.

It states all forms. Constantly telling people to buy something from a single, particular brand while nay-saying its competitors with images of broken product broken for the purpose of slandering said product is a form of advertisement. If it's not one bannable, then there should be better clarification of this to ease the load on the moderators.
