4chan teamwhat ifwhat ifwe got rid of got rid of/b/now I know that moot holds it very dear, but if you get rid of it>cp threads go>invasions that draw negative criticism to 4chan go>it's only newfags there anyway>most of the site's load goes there, so it will become easier and cheaper to host.>dubs shit, retarded memes, inter-board invasions leave>underagers leaveeveryone winsjust an idea
/b/ is a holding pen for the site's idiots. It's also a good training ground so people can learn the ropes and get all the stupidity out of their system, before they move on to other boards.
>All of this site's retards now go to other boards and shit them up even further
I want all pony to stay on >>/mlp/I want Jupiter bannedHopefully moot will answer my prayers
no.people will come to other boards.I suggest they ban a lot of people there or leave /b/ as it is. Those who don't go on it don't go on it, simple.Just get janitors to monitor other boards and delete off topic threads and shit posting. Basically contain /b/ so they're only in /b/. contain /r9k/ n /soc/. don't let the FEEL threads get out of hand especially in /fit/
>underagers leaveYou mean they'll all flood to the other boards on the site, ruining the entirety of 4chan?
>>5281while I agree on some parts.>get all the stupidity out of their system, before they move on to other boards.the problem here is, they bring the stupid shit with them to other boards and that's how they act thinking all the other boards are just like /b/
Then they flock every other board and the site goes to shit.
>>5316Deleting /b/ wouldn't fix that. All you can do is tell people to read the rules/FAQ, and to lurk more.Speaking of which, moot should bring back those banners.
Does nobody remember Puddi? 3 entire boards were killed.
>>5330I'm not saying deleting /b/ would fix it.I'm saying to get janitors to do their damn jobs and monitor each board n delete the threads that are basically 'cancer'.
op here. what they could do is to make /b/ as childish and patronsing and generally terrible as they could (eg making it sfw) and eventually /b/ might leave.
>>5254>/b/ goned>They all go to /v/
>>5394Then you're in the same boat as the rest of us. 90% of the boards on this site suffer from a lack of moderation. "Why not just people to moderate it?" is apparently easier said than done.
>>>911There already is a thread about this.
>>5405/thread
>>5405this...if we dispose of /b/, trolls will stay on 4chan and move to the other boards
