Many niche topic boards exist where all discussion of their relevant topics is meant to go but there are no rules that restrict all images, threads and posts related in any way to only one board because often subjects can be relevant to more than one board's topics.Like with the mlp cosplay. As a seagull, we have mlp cosplay threads without major incidents. If it's cosplay related or just contain cosplay references to help people create their costumes from the program, it belongs to /cgl/. Anything else, especially fan art of the mlp series (unless it's from some one interested in cosplay), and images from the actual cartoon belongs to /mlp/.
