I know a black guy who rented a condo in DC to a section 8 black. They burned it down.

My dentist’s office is in a really nice section of town. The government bought some nearby units and made them section 8. After a few incidents, everybody in the office, all women except the doc, carry concealed. When they empty the trash, one of them carries the trash and the other covers her with a gun.

we lived in a very affluent area in MD. The average home cost was upwards of $600,000 with more being started every day.. In that area, this happened a few times for similar reasons. One person had to move (military) another worked for state and a third was divorced.
Each had their homes ransacked during eviction proceedings and the law was not on the side of the homeowner. One home was abandoned and written off as a total loss (according to a neighbor) and the other two were sold because they didn’t want to deal with renting.

In DC, the rules make it virtually impossible to evict someone. I had a friend that lived in a three level home, each being rented. The women on the basement apartment moved in, paid first and last and didn’t pay until month 10 when she asked for her security deposit back. It took 9 months of non-payment and proof of collection efforts to get to the point when the landlord could evict and it would take a few weeks to get someone on premises to actually do it. Not sure if this is the norm but if I’m potentially thinking about renting, reports like this would give me pause.

Near where I used to live, there was a section 8 apartment complex in the shape of a U. It had two floors, and housed quite a few people. The landlord always had problems with the people living there, since they would never cut the grass in the courtyard and always made a mess of the complex. The landlord always evicted people due to this, and about 6 months ago, he had enough of their crap and kicked everyone out. A month ago, I peeked around the abandoned complex, and most the windows had wood over them, except for some on the second floor. I looked at the ceiling through one of those windows, and saw a giant hole in it. That gave me a hint as to how bad the tenants were. About a month ago, the entire thing was demolished (thank god).

Here's another story: across the street from that complex is another one. It has two floors, just looks like a big box. It has a similar situation, constant evictions and the place being a mess. For a while, in one of the windows, there was a sign that said "SORRY - NO COPPER HERE!" It was all probably stolen, anyway. Here's a kicker - in May, someone there was murdered and everyone got kicked out. The landlord still decided to get new tenants, even after that ordeal, instead of bailing from the business.

And guess what? All the tenants were niggers - but I probably didn't have to mention that.

Reminds me of a Section 8 building that (used) to be in my town. Basically it was built in the corner of a neighborhood, in a field across the street from the homes on the other side and about 50 yards from the fenceline of the adjacent houses.

This building was freestanding and probably had somewhere between 16-20 units total. It was right next to a decently busy residential road down the street from a movie theater. No one ever went near the place except for the tenants; about 1/3 white, 1/3 black, and 1/3 Hispanic. After a year of passing by on a regular basis, I noticed that many of the windows were boarded up, there was broken glass all over the parking lot (and weeds growing through the cracks in the concrete, to boot), trash everywhere, and graffiti on the walls.

My friends and I assumed the place was abandoned, so we decided to go exploring. Utensils and dishes on the ground before we even got to the stairwell. Abandoned tricycles and glass jars filled with mud. The stairs were clogged with trashbags and random shit, and the handrails were bent to hell. Once we got to the second floor, there were crackpipes, syringes, and cardboard boxes everywhere. All the doors and windows had been boarded shut, but we decided to try our luck and pry the wood of off one door.

Three months later, the place was about to be officially condemned and most likely demolished. The remaining "tenants" took care of the demolition crew's job first:

Depends where you live. In jersey they actively and pssivley discriminate agianst white poeple. Case in Point. My brother rents out section 8 houses to mostly white people. The inspectors are all niggers and look for the slightest reason to pull the vouchers from white families. My brother once a month has to write a letter to H.U.D. explaining that the house is in acceptable shape. But niggers man they get away with everything. Funny. My inspector's white and we almost got a lower mark because of all the papers on my chest of drawers. Fortunately, we still managed to get a rating that was something along the line of "near vacant" because the rest of the house was fucking spotless and all the utilities worked fine.

We were made to move out of another house though because a tree root had raised up part of the driveway and that failed the house (but it was considered a non-fault for us, so we kept our voucher).

I've probably improved my apartment after living in it after a year because I added shelf paper and installed a brand new shower head. I even pay the rent on the first of every month and make sure to recycle everything in the way I'm supposed to. I lived in the shittiest ghetto section of Springfield, MA (nigger heaven).

At the age of 12, when my little brother and I were starting to get into fights almost every day because we were the only white kids (death threats from people and everything) in our neighborhood, my parents decided to move out.

We got a dumpster for all the shit we were throwing out and weren't bringing with us to the new house.

As we went inside, niggers and hobos came by throwing their trash in our dumpster we had rented.

As we went outside, our neighbors quickly ran up into our house, went to the third floor, and carried out a fancy electronic keyboard my father had owned for many years (and the fucking things must've weighed two or three hundred pounds). Some other nigger on the corner spotted them grabbing it.

These were our NEIGHBORS! The same NEIGHBORS that had broken into our garage and stolen my bike, AND my little brother's bike...TWICE.

My family had let our neighbor's kids (the ones who stole our bikes) into our house and let them eat with us a couple times and were nice to them and everything.

I remember hanging out across the street with my black friends who were slightly older than me, and recall them talking about their first day in high school, how they and some other friends of theirs had cornered a ginger kid in the bathroom and beat the shit out of him for being white. They were talking about beating up white kids and all that in front of me, and it was cool; I was their friend, they didn't think of me as white, but I listened...

I remember being kicked in the balls for no reason whatsoever (as a young child) and then being accused of trying to "rape" a girl. I was kicked in the balls for no reason more than once.

I remember a black guy much older than me pushing my little brother onto the ground and everyone, even my supposed friends laughing, and then when I confronted him he slapped my shit. I was too young weak and small to do anything about it then.

I remember riding my bicycle once around the block, only to be confronted by a kid on my street and six of his friends, all older than me, ordering me to get off my bike. They rode around me in circles for quite a while, taunting me, telling me the bike was theirs, before throwing it and walking away.

I remember being chased down the street by a fat woman wielding a kitchen knife, yelling about me supposedly stealing her halloween decorations.

I remember my parents telling me of the arsonist in our neighborhood they caught on a mat behind our house attempting to light in on fire. The only reason they confronted him was because my parents are gun nuts and had hunting rifles.


My family lived in that House in Springfield for three generations, and the area just got worse and worse and worse.

I'm shaking because my family was pretty much forced to move away from their home because of these human beings, if you can call them that.

Any time someone tries to talk to me about racism or unfairness or other bullshit, I just scream internally.

They don't know, they can't understand- how could they if they haven't been through what I have?

My family lives in an all white community with no crime now, and if I had been born here I'd probably have no idea about what the world is really like either, or what kinds of people are really out there.

sounds like my childhood growing up in Savannah Georgia. Most of my classes were all black, most teachers black. Personally, it's not enough for me to live in what seems like a nice block or in a nice home or in a white section, if thousands of creepy niggers are on the edge of the boundary. Boundaries can change with economic factors. To be safe today you must be away from the threat of migratory patterns of poor and feral niggers because they are subject to spread and swarm. Any population where the unemployed street nigger exist in large numbers you simply cannot ignore it and hope that it's sectioned off. For instance, Washington DC which, I know well having owned three different homes there over the years in NW, is a case in point. It's a really nice place for the most part, and lovely and interesting. But nasty niggers are merely minutes away by metro, resulting in a great many problems in close-by white places like the West side and Dupont areas. Even G'town which has no metrorail service since the residents advocated AGAINST it for this exact reason in the early 70s (imagine the foresight they had then), is over run with trashy low-class niggers and the crime they bring, except that the niggers are priced out of living in the place, by and large. So they commute. In any event, when you have a lot of niggers who can go there, no matter if from the neighborhood itself or the slum across the river adjoining it, they eventually ruin everything. Whites move when they've had enough, like me. The solution is to move away and find a safe white place that seems civilized, and use your brain next time to read the warning signs.

We had 2 'youth' families move into our street. Both are privately rented, but paid for by the council via income benefit. They don't work, and both are in arrears with their landlords.

They play loud music all hours of the day and night. I've been called all sorts of racist abuse when enquiring about the music, but the police really don't give a shit.

Their kids ride mopeds up and down the street all night, and never seem to be in school. The street is also littered with cardboard boxes from your favourite chicken establishment on a regular basis.

Needless to say, the value of my property has decreased.

I work for a large company in the North East that has a lot of properties and almost all are section 8. It is utterly disgusting what these people do to the properties.

Recently we just spent millions of dollars moving people out of an entire development area, leveling the entire fucking place, rebuilt it from scratch, and moved the tenants all back in.

We did this because we bought the property and it was in complete shit condition. I'm talking holes in the ceilings that were never fixed, sides of buildings missing, anything that you can think of that makes something uninhabitable, it was here. That is why we spent the millions to rebuild it because the owner of the company wants to actually help people.

Less than a month after moving these people back into brand new housing, which was really freakin' nice. Way nicer than where I live and where I pay $800+ a month for rent, these animals destroyed it.

They wrecked the new playgrounds for children, shoved around giant landscaping boulders, broken windows, ripped screen doors, spray paint all over the new buildings and boulders, stolen a/c units, trash thrown all over, and I can only imagine what they did to the insides of their apartments.

So yeah, we basically spent millions of dollars to give these people a beautifully landscaped place with brand new beautiful housing they can call home, and they have no respect for it.

The best part is the tenants call us slumlords, and tell us we don't ever do anything for them. The tenants are always "LOOK DIS, DEY TRASH ALL OVAH, DO' ALL BROKEN N THEY AIN FIX IT. I BE TELLIN DEM FO' MONTS DEY GOTS TA FIX IT AN DEY AINT" Whose fault is that?

I'd lose my mind if I had to deal with tenants. There was a family of 6 pulled up in a brand new Escalade with giant chrome wheels, all of the family members with perfect hair, nails, brand new clothing (all designer brands), and they came in to bitch how their rent went up to $25 a month. Not up BY, up TO. Fucking animals.

Every time I go to one of our properties I get offered drugs, nigs eyeballing my car, nigs strutting around saying, "WHATCHOO DOIN HE-UH WHITE BOI" and all sorts of other shit you only read about from "racist nazis on the internet" or "stormfags." The reality is it happens. It is the fucking TRUTH. The only thing those people care about is themselves and their immediate appearance. Oh, and what you have that they want. I am always extremely careful when I'm in those areas to not reveal anything that I own. My cellphone, my watch, belt, anything. I keep them covered at all times.

My company recently purchased a new property in my state's capital city. I had to go there to set up a PC, internet, etc. While I was there setting everything up, a fat black woman came in and started talking with the leasing agent. I eventually left and went back to the office. The next day I saw on the news there was a shooting on the street I was just on. Looked it up and oh, it was on the FRONT STEPS of the building I was just in. The shooting happened 25 minutes after I left the property. Two people gunned down in cold blood for "no apparent reason" and the shooter(s) are still at large.

No work ethic these days for younger people?

>Be me. Supervising a very busy somewhat fast food style place while working on my degree on the side. New store, opened in ghettoish area. Upper management decides we should hire most non supervisors and non managers from the area.

Wonder if these people have had any kind of normal upbringing whatsoever. It gets so loud in there, you'd think it was an elementary lunchroom. They don't seem to have self awareness as to their volume level, and will yell over each other while conversing during their shifts.

They don't understand basic time/math. If you don't send them on their 30 minute break at exactly an even hour, or 30 mins after, they have no clue when to come back. They know if they go on break at 4:00 they should be back at 4:30, etc, but if you send them at 4:42, they are completely lost.

Several of them ended up quitting rather than following standard food service regulations. No giant ass coloured nails. Some have actually quit a steady paying job just to have these ghetto ass nails.

Not understanding common work ethic. Do your job, try to do it well, if for no other reason just to practice doing a good job for your future endeavors. They don't understand this. Some will look at me and say "Man, you sure work hard. Why you work so hard?".

Not willing to take responsibility, takes everything way too personal. "I didn't do that. It was like that. Why the manager got it out for me? You hear the way he talk to me?". Seriously? You've never had a boss before?

Frustrating job. Upper management likes me, but no way I can work with these people much longer.

Just after Katrina a lot of the garbage washed out of New Orleans ended up in suburban Houston. The homeowner's story was typical of all these sec-8 landlords. He was lured in by the guaranteed payment of rent. Like he said in the video, the gov paid over $1,000 per month.

My dad's been a rental property owner for decades, he'll rent to section 8 people for the same reason (rent paid no matter what) but he WILL NOT rent to niggers EVER. Not because he hates niggers but becuase he knows they'll chimp out and trash the place.

If you want this problem solved, we need to do a few things.
-Incrementally move towards a basic income and away from entitlement programs
-End the war on drugs
-Begin releasing prisoners, on the parole condition that they attempt to parent their children

Crime will increase in some areas, it will decrease in others. The people in danger areas should arm themselves and prepare to defend themselves.

In the long term, it will help.
