This is an incredible speech, if its true. However, if his nation had such a good government then how do you explain the massive rebel force that did most of the fighting on the ground? What were they fighting for? Granted, they were supplied by the U.S., so their fighting strength was much higher than it should have been, but it was still a very large number of people rebelling. I also recall hearing that Gaddafi had an extremely luxurious mansion with a collection of exotic cars for him and his sons. This just does not mesh very well with what he is saying in this speech.
