"As someone who has participated in some of these discreet IRC conversations and penetration tests, I feel compelled to make the broader communities aware.

We have seized more than just emails and telephone conversations, but these are part of the arsenal.

For years, many of you have wondered whether the Supreme Court was rigged. Well, the answer is yes, it is.

Clarence Thomas (and his aides) had regular and ongoing conversations with Karen Ignagni, chairwoman of America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), the nation's largest healthcare lobbyist (and her aides) in the months, weeks, days, and even hours leading up to, and even during, the landmark Supreme Court case last September, urging him to rule against the program. Justice Thomas concurred with most of these opinions, and alluded to his ruling, prior to hearing the Justice Department's legal arguments.

Conversely, Justice Sonia Sotomayor (and her aides) had comparable conversations with White House Deputy Chief of Staff Nancy-Ann DeParle (and her aides).

These conversations imply that the highest court in the land is unnecessary. That decisions are made before arguments are heard, and that decisions mimic policies and expectations from each Justice's biggest supporters. In short, we have obtained proof that the Supreme Court can be, and has been, bought and sold.

Before disseminating this information, we need to determine how to announce this, given the abysmal state of our media. How can we be sure MSNBC will report on Justice Sotomayor's failure to refuse herself from this landmark decision? How can we be sure FOX will report on Justice Thomas's failure to refuse himself?

The evidence exists, and is inarguable. The only remaining challenge is how to effectively share this.

We have even more stunning data on both the Congress, and the Department of Justice, in their current methodologies for developing and enforcing law."

The "warhead" file being distributed to you is actually Julian Assange's Insurance file renamed and split up into different volumes to appear as something super top secret. I assure you it is not.

The CIA has named them "warheads" in the attempt to capture the media and the American peoples attention to gain their support and push another SOPA or PIPA on us.

This is my issue with nearly everyone saying that this recent hack was done by the CIA/government.

Nearly everywhere you go, everywhere an article about this has been posted, and on the youtube video with the 200,000+ views (as of now), there is overwhelming public approval for what the hackers are doing. Overwhelmingly people are saying the justice system is ridiculous for punishing hackers with ridiculous sentences and overwhelmingly people think that the government should reform the judicial system.

People are openly saying "I stand behind and support anonymous" and this is when they fully know that the group is taking an anti-government stance. You guys realize if the CIA wanted to do something like this as a false-flag push to get another internet-regulation bill passed, their efforts would be to no avail, as people would email their congressmen, like with SOPA and PIPA, telling them the exact opposite.

tldr: the people are on anonymous' side, meaning Congress would not pass any harsher-legislation on cyber groups because they would have no support, meaning that either the CIA is retarded (or miscalculated this push) or this is 100% not CIA or government efforts.

Explain to me, clearly, how either Obama, the FBI or the CIA would benefit from hacking and threatening the US government -- both the judicial and executive branches?

The most logical response to that is that they will try to push through some harsher measures in internet regulation or in criminal persecution. However, the public clearly does not support that. They are in fact on the side that information should be free-er and that the justice system unfairly persecutes hackers compared to murders and other criminals.

So then, what do any of these actors/organizations have to gain?

>>
>>9615778

The way the public responds to anything is a trend. The direction it takes from the beginning just gets expanded on as time goes by.

Take 9/11, right after it people wanted war against practically anything. This was legitimized into policy by the inception of two wars in the Middle East.

Now take this recent event. The public responds by saying Anon has a point, and that the laws are wrong or misguided. Now the video is starting to go viral.

You REALLY see that this trend in public thought is going to change? You REALLY think the government will manage to turn it into a cry-out for more internet regulation?

Anyone studying politics or sociology would tell you they can't, and that history has shown it to be near impossible.

>>

Yes, that is exactly what I'm saying. Prior to 9/11, we were dismantling our military and not getting into any more major foreign intenventions. That was the "trend," then 9/11 came and turned that on it's head.

Anon is speculating that the "warhead" files are dirt on the supreme court.

Anon vs USG came about as a result of the disinfo codes and speculation that we are being lead astray from the Britam Scandal.

Syria allied with Iran and ran active covert ops against the US supporting militias in Iraq.

>>
>>9616110

Okay. Let's try to find some room for agreement. I agree with you, if a cyber 9/11 occurred, I would be very skeptical of who was behind it, and i'd be very wary of government involvement. I'd also be wary of how the media spun it, how the public responded to it, and how legislators responded to it.

I would do all of this and more.

But now let's compare that to this event:

Anonymous, or a group claiming to be Anonymous, hacks and threatens the government and also makes semi-rational demands for change.

Now for how it is being spun:

The media - explaining the back story of Aaron and explaining the faults of the US judicial system in approaching hackers -- this can be seen in articles from media all across the political spectrum

The public: in nearly all comments on articles and videos, the public seems to be supportive of what anonymous is proposing.

The legislators: Nothing as of yet, but the story only really broke out today.

The executive: the FBI confirmed it is always interested in pursuing cyber criminals. Nothing from the higher ups.

I simply don't see this as comparable to a cyber-9/11
