Probably because Jews weren't sent to labor camps.

A better example would be captured American, Soviet or British soldiers, or captured German soldiers who were used for forced labor in the US, France and England.

German soldiers who worked as forced labor in the US were making more money than they were in the Wehrmacht, which is why the retention rate for those Germans was pretty high and even saw a number of them joining the US military, fighting in Korea and Vietnam.

I was in a severe traffic accident when I was 14. We were on a scouting trip so our I was the only person in both cars who was wearing a seatbelt. Because we were in a small town all the ambulances were used up, they had one seat left but my twin brother refused to be separated from me.

Since the firemen and paramedics were busy we were watched over by policemen for a half hour before we were taken in a police car at 150 MPH, sirens blazing, to the hospital since my twin brother was lucky and not badly hurt and I was uninjured.

They were pretty cool cops.

Later I find out it was dodgy landlord not changing the locks, find out exactly who did it and how, had one person ready to confess to the police, had my stuff back, and they did fuck all still.

Basicly, when I got burgled, the reason they were such pricks is because I lived in a "slum landlords" place that the council forces you in if you're on benifits, the cops don't give a shit about anybody there. It's a possible reason for the other incidents being treated the way they were too - both occured in that flat, and theres a lot of rumors about the landlord having the council in his pocket, so it would make sense for them to not give him bad rep.

Hell, the landlord at one point even flat out told me the police had come to them and said I was drug dealing, rather then bust me or anything.

Meanwhile a friend of mine who works on TV gets burgled, a ten minute response time and full forensics and they make a case of it. It's fucked up, but that's life.

Not surprised in the least by this. Your rights doesn't mean shit in Norway and anyone who ever files a lawsuit loses.

When I was 16, sick and home from school some paki broke the window and entered our house to steal shit. When I walked downstairs and we saw eachother he rushed towards me, so I rushed to my room. Little bit of struggle which ended with me beating the shit out of him and calling the cops.

I was charged with 'frihetsberovelse', which is basically the same charge as kidnapping here, because I held him down while waiting for the police, as well as assault. The paki who broke in was charged with burgluary.

Both cases went to trial. I got 6 months prison time and the paki got off with 200 hours of community service and a kr 20,000 fine ($4000) TO THE STATE (not to me or my family, BUT THE FUCKING STATE).

My family tried to contact the media, but they wouldn't touch the story. Fuck this country.

I've had one good experience with a cop. An older man, he seemed to really want to help me out.

Then I had a really shitty experience where the cop man-handled me and yelled at me in such a way that I think he was mentally unstable.
It was like he knew me personally or something and I had wronged him terribly.

Some of these cops are just scum bullies in uniform with mental problems and violent tendencies. They shouldn't be left unchecked.

My little cousin lived with us and he was a dumbass stealing cars and breaking into people's homes, but we didn't know about it.

One day he was being chased by the police and ran inside our house. His mom slapped him around and threw gave him to the cops. They were fucking PISSED and asked my mom to let them in to search for "stolen flat screen TVs." She did, I came out to see what was going on and the pig said "Come here, dude! Please stay there in the kitchen." So he started searching every room and I was nervous as shit because I was watching porn on my laptop.

I was reading this specific page, pic related.

The cop just smiled when he looked at me.

Detroit police officers are so ridiculously underfunded and understaffed.
Many patrol officers are still using technology from the late 80s, many of them don't have computerized identification systems in their cruisers.
There isn't a whole lot the DPD can do.
