Crash and population growth.

Long story short: hoarding. Wealth has become so concentrated that a few major players can buy up enough commodities and horde them that prices shoot up.

Reagan, Bush Sr, Clinton, Bush Jr, Obama...

The president has almost nothing to do with economic equality. He's pretty much just foreign policy, with a big hand in law enforcement and internal affairs. I've never understood why Americans blame/credit the president with everything that happens in the country. He's not a dictator.

I pretty much eat as much as I feel like but my daily caloric intake is usually between 1200 and 1800.

I also only feel like eating once or twice a day and never feel hungry the same way I did before.

I've been on keto for about a month and a half and have lost about 10kg without any effort at all (no exercising and CompSci student so not much walking either)

On a lazy day I usually eat a ball of mozerella (125g), smoked salmon (150g) two avocados and a cucumber.

If I actually cook I eat a lot more vegetables and maybe a steak instead.
