It doesn't necessarily follow that, because blacks and Hispanics have suffered disproportionately in the economic crisis, that it must be because of racism. It could well be the fact that their disproportionate suffering comes form the the fact that a large percentage of one of the groups doesn't know and doesn't learn the language, laws, and customs of the country and a large percentage of the other group wears willful ignorance as a badge of honor among their group's subculture. Because neither group integrates themselves socially or economically into the greater society, it goes to follow that they would suffer more economically and socially during a period of economic and social crisis.

Other minority groups, those that make a point of integrating socially and economically into society, are doing quite well, some of them even better than the large percentage of the majority racial group.

Let's also look at the fact the many of the majority racial group has suffered as much as blacks and Hispanics have, and that this group of whites are the ones who don't integrate socially and economically with the greater society. Coincidence or pattern?

Priviledge exists but it's not like only every white person in America has it. I was raised in a part of florida where hispanic was the norm.
