How will any of this actually bring Kony closer to justice? They're not even trying to get an increase in the commitment of American resources to the Ugandan conflict.

If they actually wanted to do something about Kony, they'd be raising money to hire PMCs to train and arm local villagers in Easter Congo, CAR and South Sudan to defend themselves in organized units with PMC officers. Train a more dedicated, professional, half local-half PMC force to actually track him, hire a few helis and recon drones and local informants. All this could easily be done for $15-20 million dollars. If this many people really truly support this goal, they would only need to each make a small donation to make it happen.
