I was visiting this photographers blogs, and they often post photo reportages from places like hospitals, factories, aeroports, ports, from the inside and shoot the people who works there.
How they get the permision to enter shoot this places?

I mean this photos aren't going to be in the newspaper where the photographer works(or don't), he just post It in his personal blog.

Did he call the place and say: "hello I'm a photographer and I'll like to make a photo reportage of your chees factory for my blog" or what?

You don't need permission. And they can't legally make you delete any pictures/destroy film unless they get a court order. They CAN kick you out and get you arrested for trespassing if you don't listen. Also, be aware of any "no photography allowed" signs.

just call ahead seriously some places are more than happy to give you permission to shoot

the first time i went a manager showed me around but thats about it, gave me the grand tour and left me to wander around after the tour (i wasn't carrying my gear just taking notes for my 1st photo run this saturday)

I usually jot down notes while i talk on the phone so I don't get tongue tied

    name+greeting
why i want to take pictures at (building)
ask an appropriate date+time for the director
    >if yes
ask for direct contact # and then tell the director that you will be calling in a day ahead before you arrive to remind him/her

    >if no
then politely say your farewell and hang up

    CALLING IN THE DAY BEFORE
    ask about details
    -what time is busiest
-what is off limits and what are my limits
-what time is the slowest or emptiest
-will i be receiving a pass or badge?
-are security and employees going to be informed that there is a "hired" photographer on the site
    >and ask any other relative important questions (but don't take too much of his/her time they are really busy)
