In my days people would at least give it a try before bothering /p/ asking for trivial mods.
You could do that in paint with one hand attached in the back while touching yourself with the other, but NAAAH better have someone else do it for you (the edit, not the touching yourself, obviously you got that last part amply covered).
Also, self-portraits work better with a stand (at a pinch a table will do) and a timer: that way you would'nt have your arms stretched like this and wouldn't look like a silly emo kid shooting himself with his cell phone. You would look like a silly emo kid shooting himself with a bad camera instead.

TL-DR: tosser.
