save that copy pasta of that photojournalist who got married and whose
wife got ran over by a train and he took pictures instead of helping
her?
If I were in Haiti with a camera though, I'd only go where
there's a rescue effort or relief effort being done, ie I won't be
wandering the place on my own. That way, if someone needs my help,
someone else do it instead and I can continue shooting. Crisis brings
out the best and worst in people so you should always play it safe.
Stay in groups and stuff like that. Just something I learned while
shooting the floods here a few months ago. |
