I can't tell if you'll either regret portability (4/3), or more
quality, control, wideness and power (DSLR). That's all up to you. If I
were in your position, I wouldn't bother with a 4/3. Because I can
handle the weight and bulkiness. Also because I have an iPhone which
takes better pics than my Sony W290 (babby's first photography
decision). I'm resorting to the interwebs to purchase my Pentax
needs. So far, I've bought a SMC Takumar 50 1.4 for 5k. I had to meet
him far away from my place, but it was worth getting this lens.
(Although manual focus means I can't really do well in uncontrollable
scenes, but its nice to have) You could use oldie lenses that
random people in the internet sell. Some are autofocus, some are not.
Some have legendary quality, some do not. But mostly all are cheap. But
if you're talking brand new and cheap, you might not like it. Might. We
can discuss this further if you want.>>1529991 Well, Do you know the techniques of fashion photography? If
not, I recommend that you hold your money for now until you know if
you're getting something that you need. Also, get the best camera you
have right now (hopefully one with manual controls) and just try your
interests out. Also, fashion photography, in the studio, or not? I've got some ideas in my mind but you tend to reply slowly and I lose these ideas. Are you gay? Because
I wouldn't be surprised. (Don't get me wrong, generally, fashion
doesn't equate to gay, it's just that usually, here in the PH, it does.) Also, just to end my long ass post, I'll tell you what I did when I started to take photography more seriously.>Get inspired by Ben Canales and star pics >Get uncle's 450D with kit lens >Simply go outside and start shooting the stars >pic related That was before...
