In the near future, states will begin to reject the authority of the federal government and begin seceding from the Union.

The departing States will be collectively known as the 'independent states of America' but they will not be bound to one another as the United States are, they would be entirely independent.

'America' itself hardly changed for the regular citizens...people from New York still had family and friends from Arizona...the only changes will be the management and scope of government in the States while the relationship between all States will remain friendly and business-minded.

Independent States Arizona, New Mexico and Texas will control roughly 90% of the Southern land border and will enforce immigration laws.

As a result of the independent States secession, the United States reorganizes the remaining governmental structure and officially becomes the United Socialist States of America.

What do you think ends up happening to us?

yes; i never claimed to not be a redneck
in all seriousness i dont see how the federal government wins a war against rural people

they have limited military strength not even counting desertion and would have to either control regions that had low insurrection

or control major cities and corridors between them
either way america is a huge place and the majority of the country would be defacto not under federal control anymore

you cant protect every crop bridge railroad and powerline in the nation
the current strategy of organization the militas have is cellular in nature with no chain of command so you have no head to chop off

that and for all the advanced technology you have to control a region you have to have guys on the ground
    people are squishy
along the same lines the 535 people in charge of this country wouldnt be able to go in public except in sterilized zones

in addition they likely wouldnt even have the whole military; i cant say how many would desert, but id bet on number being significant

for comparison iraq has 39 guns for every 100 people

the changes the rednecks want are as follows

1 every elected congressman removed from office or shot

    2. the following changes to the US constitution or something similar in spirit

allow the state legislatures to impeach federal officials who live and work only within their state with 2/3 vote in both houses of the state legislature.

the first 12 amendments directly incorporated

Every law, or resolution having the force of law, shall relate to but one subject, and that shall be expressed in the title.

term limits of 2 terms for the house and 1 for the senate

executive branch cut into 5 offices 5 regions designated to elect their executive
    1 term limit for executive
5 year terms for the executive; staggered elections guy about to be out is the "head" executive who has veto power and controls the authority given to the executive that cant be broken up among 5 people

Mexico has massively condemned US law when its attempts to identify and remove any of the TENS OF MILLIONS of mexican illegals in the USA..

    Mexico's own EXISTING law=

    >>Article 67 of Mexico's Population Law says, "Authorities, whether federal, state or municipal ...

    >>are required to demand that foreigners prove their legal presence in the country, before attending to any issues."

    >>The Amnesty report said one female migrant told researchers that Mexican federal police had forced her group off a train and stolen their belongings. Forced to walk, she said, she was subsequently attacked by a gang and raped.

    >>Mexico has long been offended by mistreatment of its own migrants in the United States.

basically the illegal C.A. woman is gang raped by mexicans in mexico, and the law requires that she must be deported before her crime can be investigated/prosecuted..

Based on this total, evil, sick law, I dont think mexicans should even be considered for entry into the USA

The only way a civil war would ever happen is if both sides secured a cache of nukes and were capable of using them, then it would be decided with missiles as they trump everything besides nukes. If the north won, they would indenture the south and not grant them independence, and if the south won, they would just want to be left alone. Just like last time.

Except this time the north would be gobbled up by the British ie: Canada not by military force but through mutually beneficial agreements. Enjoy your provinces, higher IQs longer lifespans and better QoL.

So it's win-win if the South is the victor - save for all the death of course.

None of this accounts for the actions and ambitions of corporations which would would drive the whole thing and ultimately come out on top.

Also, I'd expect North Carolina to be part of the north. It's been trending blue for years, voted for Obama, is a major technology center these days (which tend to run deep blue).

I'd be dubious of Missouri in the blue side as well, but eh. It's all fantasy anyway. If the split happened like that, the north would remain a global power and if anything become stronger economically, while the south would languish.

Fedeal Government is the name of your country. Federal Government doesn't recognize The United States, so it created a federal corporation in the District of Columbia called "United States" as a strawman to say that you are a federal citizen/employee to that corporation. Realistically, can anyone actually think they can say they are a citizen to all 48 united States of America at the same time? That's why exists a dummy nation created by Abraham Lincoln called The United States to animate a federal corporation in District of Columbia called "United States." See Uniform Commercial Code under "location of debtor" in the article section on "Security Transactions."

Federal Government doesn't refer to anything in prior art, so this is no longer the United States and no longer America but a nameless continent bordering two seas and two domesticated provincial foreigners called Mexicock and Canaduh.

FEMA already divided the continent into a new map based upon consolidated military potential.

"Stupid" is the wrong word. If anything, Texas is one of the few states that has the potential to successfully secede and actually thrive independently of the US.

    -not landlocked
    -a relatively diverse economy
    -abundant natural resources
-well armed (assuming current US military bases are captured)
-up until very recently, was a net contributor to federal budgets.

inb4 LOL NUKE TEXAS. I can promise you this would not happen, as self-polluting with nuclear fallout is not something the US has been keen on since the 60's. Nuking a seceding state, even if it resulted in retention of this state, would result in a net negative for the whole of the US.

    to sum up this thread

    >this is what liberals actually believe!

The natural resources, military, and manufacturing is in the south now. Blue states are running up debt and are based on a dollar backed by nothing. The south would not collapse because of welfare, wed have very little and all the blacks infesting our cities would either adapt or move up North. The south encourages more free trade than the north, and has better international prospects. The only thing wrong would be the bible.

Oh and wed also win the war because you faggot liberals are afraid of guns.
