    At No. 26 is MSNBC and CNN is No. 32.

    I don't think you're taking into account that many people watch Fox for the lulz. See real Fox news fans definitely don't watch MSNBC but MSNBC fans watch both. They watch MSNBC to re-affirm their ideology and FOX to feel righteous indignation.
