I can never imagine how those guys feel, the ones who have been in prison for 20+ years on a false allegation and then freed after new evidence or testimony has been uncovered, and I can never understand how the fuck they can keep their composure after realizing how horribly fucked they were, figuratively and literally, during the whole ordeal.

I was doing jury duty like 9 months ago and I was being questioned by the same judge in this case to be part of a jury for, you guessed it, a rape case... in that case some white girl was accusing this hispanic guy of rape... the dude was probably loaded cause we got a lunch brake in between the questions and the judge said that the case was closed... shit was so cash cause I was sure that they were gonna pick me to be part of the jury
