honestly, i'd keep fucking walking and contact the police when i was back in the safety of my hotel. trying to purchase the child even with the intent of freeing him is a crime and quite possibly the entire thing is a sting, otherwise even if i do wind up with this kid on a leash for a few hundred/thousand bucks (with the intention of freeing him, you sick fucks), there is basically no way to do anything. as previously said turning him over to the authorities may well see him right back to the lamppost or an even worser situation, and there is no way i'd be getting him back to america.
