The Tea Party is pretty much a lost cause as is. The fact that they had Sarah Palin as a keynote speaker and likely a political leader for the future says enough about the quality of the "party" for me. First, not a great deal in terms of the balance of power in Congress. Second, teabaggers may well elect some people, who will then either become corrupt corporate whores like everyone else in Congress except maybe Kucinich and Ron Paul, or completely marginalized and isolated like Kucinich and Ron Paul.

Either way, nothing will change. The government will continue to, as it has since the Reagan years, act as a giant pump that sucks wealth out of the country and gives it to the wealthy elite who own the politicians.
