    It's not like Obama's going to look at the list and say "Oh, I guess I have to legalize pot then." He'll just sort of look at the list and vaguely take them into consideration. Although I do like that "bullet trains & light rail" has been ranked so highly. Even if it's just a Ron Paul-esque effect of a small fanbase obsessively voting over and over, it's nice to know that trains have such a significant support base.
