This runs on the tokyo waterfront taxi loop, up the river down to Tokyo BigSight. That upper glass area? The ceiling for that floor is so low it makes japanese stoop. You're practically lying on your back to not smack your head on the glass when sitting.

Oh it's better than it used to be. You won't immediately break out into hives if you go into the water. Hell, theres beaches on odaiba just on the other side of the rainbow bridge, and I've seen people swimming there, though frankly they have more balls than I do.
