ITT: Everybody admitting they're new to 4chan.

i tend to come here first, read the front page, then go to /new/. the only reason i ever came is because i accidentally clicked the wrong link one time... now i feel like an idiot for having a fixed gear bike which i didn't even know was stupid until i came here because i live in redneck town.

Not to be grouped with these /b/tards, but I just don't understand where the discussion lies in a transportation board. Looking at the threads on the frontpage it seems like you guys talk about bikes a lot, I kind of figured it'd just be like /o/ but more with a more broad topic.

What's the appeal of bikes? I mean, why would this be the main point of discussion on this board, when there are also tons of other means of transportation.

Did it just sort of happen because there's no other place on 4chan for bike enthusiasts?
