I believe you're thinking of psychopaths. Nonexistence of real emotions is all that's required to be a psycho. Most of 'em just mimic emotions their whole life. They know what emotion someone should socially display at what times, and then they act that emotion out without ever actually truely feeling something for themselves. About 1 in every 100th person is a psychopath, and they may not even know it themselves. They just think everybody is acting.

Yes. I have it, diagnosed when I was 10, now I'm 20.

Used be pretty bad, now it's pretty damn mild. In fact, I look at other aspies and mutter "retard" to myself.
