Well, I just tried reading >http://pastebin.com/fEP4S6CR to see what kind of stuff the hypnosis would have in store.

A little ways into reading the inducer, I decided to play along with the script like one would do for the real deal, so I made my scroll bar do it's weird autoscroll thing it usually does and imagined a voice narrating what I was reading to me while I tried to relax myself as much as possible.

And wouldn't you know it, I actually kind of felt my hands start to fuse together once it got to the transformation part!

I didn't exactly feel much of anything else due to how excited I was at ALMOST getting the hoof sensation from just reading it, but is this a good sign? Like, am I in an ideal mindset to get hypnotized by the audio file proper?

Because quite frankly, the idea of hearing an actual other human being speaking to me for this kind of makes me nervous. Unless the voice is female, of course

Fuck. I see this thread last night and suddenly I'm filled with morbid curiosity about hypnotizing myself. I don't want to be a pony, but this shit is being posted for free and I don't to have to search for shit if I'm just trying. Thing is I'm also reluctant because I listened to just over half of a WIP last night and it scared the FUCK out of me.

I think I'll actually try it though. I suppose my fear of this shit fucking me up forever will offset any deep-rooted damage, considering the results seem to depend on how much you believe and want it to happen. Okay, I used a freeware audio editor to stitch together a half-hour worth of basic inductions followed by the transformation sequence in the voice I found least annoying. It was kind of boring at the time and I didn't feel anything, but what the fuck, I might as well let it play on loop through some headphones and try to sleep.

I had a pretty fucking intense near-lucid dream. I was a shy female earth pony. I kept trying to fuck other ponies but they never even noticed because I kept chickening out at the last minute. I was horny the whole time and hating myself for it. There was even a musical number.

It will work, but if an audiobro is free, have him mix the voice, binural, and background music.

He can make sure that the three sources don't fight over the same frequencies. If they do overlap, the music will sound weird, the vocals will be unclear, and the binaural won't be as effective.

Holy shit, guys, it really worked this time. Got through the whole thing. No convulsions, completely comfortable, just... amazing. I can't even describe it. I tried to move around in my new body for a few minutes; I haven't exactly gotten it down yet, the movement I mean, but my face, my body...
I really felt like the little pone. This is incredible.

The codewords worked too. After a minute of shaky immersion, I said "Revert back to normal." and I was instantly completely myself again; no gradual come-down like last night.

My only problem was that I couldn't really grow the wings; I think this is because I was lying down. Should my next move be to try it facing belly-down?

Oh well. It's late as fuck. I'll lurk the thread for a little while, discuss, then have a wank and go to bed.

Oh, just remembered: as the exercise went on, my throat started getting kind of tight. I had to disrupt my immersion a couple of times to get myself to breathe normally. Oh well, it's sure as hell better than convulsing like a freak, right?

So yeah, I became the little pone and came back completely fine. I'm actually surprised it worked as well as it did.

Oh, and my ears still feel like they're at the top of my head. Any tips for getting them back into place?

As someone who was obsessed with hypnotism for a short while in his life once.

I would like to point out that something they seem to use, and that you did do pretty well on, is repetition.

From listening to the Twi recording, you seem to like focusing on the whole relaxation bit in the beginning. Which is really good, but I think you could do more.

Also, at the end, when you're counting down/up to coming out of it, you should slow the heck down.

From what I remember, "real" hypnotists take a long ass time to do this bit.

Like their counting to five takes them way more than five seconds. It seems to take something like thirty seconds or a minute.

Basically, between every number, they're saying a paragraphs worth on how you're slowly being pulled out of it. Kind of like when you imagine your anatomy being changed to that of a horse. Only in reverse.

The Twi one felt like being jolted out of it a bit.
Like what a memory stick feels when you don't safely remove it.

But all around, it did seem well done for being made at home. It really, really reminded me of this one CD I still have from this one hypnotist.

Walking around? I DID feel the compulsion at first, but the actual sensation of my legs on the ground sort of jarred me out of it. After that, I just sort of froze for a moment and thought.

The mentality? Damn, it felt different, but it's kind of hard to describe how, exactly. All I'll say is that the recording worked; the change was both drastic and noticeable. I was also incredibly embarrassed of the boner I was getting for no apparent reason.

The snap-out when I spoke the phrase worked very well, much better than I thought. It wasn't exactly instantaneous but in a second or two I was completely back to normal. Power of the human mind, eh?

Hello again everyone. Finally back from my night of hypnosis and would like to share what happened
File used: gender with desire to listen
previous state: confident, able to walk on two feet
Current state: transformation just wore off, woke up as an oc i had made ages ago, hooves and wings everywhere. Had alot of fun seeing what i could do before trying to stand on two legs, hitting the ground very quickly.
Slowly played around with the body until the illusion broke.

You need to generate 2 sine waves, one panned left and one right. The difference between the frequency of both waves makes the binaural beat
E.g
>Sine wave panned right - 96.85hz
>Sine panned right - 103.15hz
>binaural beat of 6.3hz centered at 100hz

I think a little experimenting with the center of the sine tone woould be a good idea too, I use Ableton to make these because I know my way around it

Oh, another tip for those making their own files and such
When you add your vocal files to your pre made beat or whatever, It would be a good idea to add a filter to the vocal track and remove all the frequencies below maybe 150hz. This way they don't interfere with the beat itself.
Im not sure if this can be done with audacity (it probably can be done using a the EQ)

I myself own a single cheap earphone.
Although, I can borrow a pair of headphones which have two ears, but they're still cheap. Fortunately, though, they have worked before with bineurals, and, in particular, the original file. And it worked well, because I wasn't even trying to get an effect then. So, I dunno. Either way, it worked before, so it should work again.

Either way, time for me to head to bed. I, unfortunately, won't be doing this tonight, and probably not for the next few nights. I'm debating trying it Friday night, but I still have things to do on Saturday.

Ok, so despite my better judgement and psych background, I tried this.

Pretty skeptical going in. I relaxed a good about. Chuckled first time he said pony.
But after that I got a bit more into it.
Hand hooves part was felt. Not so much the feet (perhaps because I was wearing slippers).

After that, not much was felt. I feel like the horn part was really rushed/undescriptive, and I didn't have enough time to think about it.

I also didn't know this was the desire to hear it again version, so...

Anyways, I'm feeling relaxed and I can't look down at my hands right now, because they're weirding me out slightly.

Something I've got to warn all of y'all about, you've really kind of got to take in consideration that you might not know whether you want to be pony or human when you have the 'ability' to be either. Having a conflict like that is a real... experience and I don't want people going into this without knowing that. It gets a whole lot worse if you switch between multiple ponies, or if there is a larger personality difference between you and the pony, so keep that in mind too.

Back from my hypnotic slumber. Spent all night with the file (genderbent with repeat) on loop, and I have to say the results I find to be different from what I expected.

Fucking nothing. Not even a vague feeling of poniness.

So I did this again. Still used the raw rerecord of the original script, but this time I threw in some binaurals. 250hz left ear and 252hz right ear, might experiment with that.

Transformation stuff happened at about the same pace, but it felt a lot more believable the second time around. Couldn't get the wings for the longest time, though, and after a while I think I might've ended up ignoring the sound playing and worked the rest from imagination and memory. Somehow I started turning more into applehorse after the first hour or so, too.

Hind legs were a struggle to do this time. I kept constantly going back and forth between pony and regular legs. Front legs and everything else stayed transformed for the most part, though. Spent the whole time lying down this time, too, and the illusion didn't break until I fell asleep. (Got my proper rest this time, woo)

I made some interesting poses while I was asleep. Think I might sketch them out or something, I dunno. Also got some advice from a friend to cut out the parts that I can't make work so I can focus more on the parts that do, so I might do that with an up-to-date file.

the frequencies are at around 160 or 230.

What it means is the one oscillates at 158.35 Hz and the other (for your other ear) oscillates at 164.65 Hz. Generating a 6.3 Hz difference that affects your brain

Has anyone here thought of making a variable frequency binaural beat? I've listened to lot of beats where the frequencies vary, and they seem to be slightly more effective than a single binaural tone. Maybe have it vary between the low end and high end of the theta rhythm, which is 4-7 Hz.
I think it helps because it sort of eases the brain into the correct frequency, rather than forcefully pushing it.
Worth a try?

You think it'd be possible to make a hypnosis script specifically for people with tulpae?

What I had in mind was like, something that would only affect the host; where he gets separated from the body like a tulpa would and the tulpa is given full control of the body, so they basically switch places

Then the host is transformed into a pony pet and made to think of their tulpa (controlling their body) as their "owner."

The tulpa would have to be comfortable with this, of course

Is this in any way feasible/safe?

Hmmm. It sounds interesting, but I personally don't know enough about either subject to be of much use.

Though last night I did the whole turn yourself into fluttershy thing, Victoria wasn't affected by it, and she helped me get through the thought induction part without freaking out. So I;m not sure if they are effected by it in the same way.

After listening to the fluttershy file once. The changes still are in effect. The shyness part is still here slightly. The rounder and firmer ass I can still see and feel. The fur I can still feel. My ears feel like they are higher on my hear too. Also it's harder to stand on two legs.
