Yea here's a good statistic, it's a small poll, but it's still pretty close to the average.

RD usually leads while Fluttershy comes in second. No they aren't loved because of their social disorders they are loved because of their characteristics and how they deal with their issues. Fluttershy is quite original and has many levels from scared to brave and she can trump large problems despite her weak nature. RD is everyones favorite super hero in pony form and her voice is adorable, she's also a tomboy a lot of guys can connect with and have fun with.

I am a female and pinkie and rainbow aren't even close to my favorite. Rainbow dash is a boring sterrotypical sporty chracter, and pinkie is exteremely hyper. I like twilight because shes smart and collective and rarity because she is a beautiful pony with a talent I admire. Sure, women do want the things you listed but I feel as though not every women wants to just be pampered and lazy. I actually admire the work ethic in applejack and hope to become that enthusiastic about everything.

Those two are my favorites. Rarity's been my favorite ever since Suited For Success because I tend to adore creative peronalities despite their flaws. Pinkie just cracks me up every time I see her, and being a pink pony she's like the mascot of the franchise plus their voices are extremely cute

I started finding redeeming qualities to Rarity after Secret of my Excess. She might be a manipulative bitch whoring out gifts from Spike but at least she's doesn't tactlessly spit in his face after the favour (when she could do so without repercussions considering Spike's crush).

Oh and in regards to me liking Fluttershy. It has nothing to do with seeking a sexual parner as you so incorrectly stated.
