It's always possible that this guy stays red while Akagi gets a new power source. Weren't they playing the Dragon Ranger theme when they opened the candle box? Every episode has been a twist so a Ranger gets replaced episode might end up becoming a power up episode either with Akagi coming back as Akibared with the Red exclusive super mode or coming back as a new Akiba Ranger when Malshina dies.

1) The Pentagon calls the secret base, when NOT EVEN FIVE MINUTES PREVIOUS, Sayaka figured out Akagi's CELL PHONE NUMBER with ease? And NO ONE stops to consider this? AFTER Malshina revealed that she can change her voice over the phone? What the fuck

2) You can't ditch the MAIN FUCKING CHARACTER OF THE SHOW with two episodes to go!

3) MY HEART STRINGS ARE SERIOUSLY BEING TUGGED AT BY A FUCKING PARODY SHOW. WHAT MANNER OF TREACHERY IS THIS

Still holding to that theory about the end. Everyone will go back to normal life - Hakase will work openly as a VA, Aoyagi will be apprenticed as a stunt fighter, Yumeria will get a new job where she can be open about her passions, and Kozkoz will take over the Cafe. Sayaka will take an idle interest and have a look at Z-Cune Aoi... and from her phone will hang a small red toy figure, whom occasionally someone might recognize as 'one of those guys who showed up a couple of times a while ago'. And the particles will be dispersed over the world, so every now and then, when a child believes hard enough, he'll swear to anyone that a particular Super Sentai really showed up to save him.

And Akagi? Having sacrificed himself to save Akihabara and anime, he will be unable to go back to his old life. Having absorbed too many of the particles for his own good, he is overcome with the power of the most simple of concepts... the Sentai Red. And so his identity becomes that, and he travels through time and dimensions, fighting alongside the Super Sentai forever, as the legendary warrior, AkaRed.

Oh hey, look what I found.

I have been looking around Akihabara for landmarks I remembered and places I have seen in the show, and have discovered that most of the city shots were done in one particular area.

If you'd like to see it, check Google Earth, Tōkyō-to, Chiyoda-ku, Sotokanda, ３丁目９−７

That's Cafe Himitsukichi (look for the brick stairs). From Cafe Himitsukichi, go South along the street and you'll see Star Kebab, which is where Nobuo flips out and runs away down the street in the "NO DELUSION ALLOWED" episode when he starts to think about the plot in Kakuranger where the witch turns food into sand.

Directly next to the Kebab place is an orange building. That is where Mitsuki went to watch sentai when Akagi called her a newfag. Now, from the Kebab Place, turn West and move along the street. Look on the left. You will see Cafe Euro, where the Akibarangers go to have lunch after they have their MMZ-01's taken away.

From Cafe Euro, turn right (go North.)
Continue down the street and look on the left. They shot this on Google Maps at Christmas, so you will see a red and green wreath on it. This is the Kanda Christian Church, and Akagi runs past it when he's flipping out about being told he's not allowed to have delusions.

I also know where Sasaki Ponpoko Delivery and the figure shop that Akagi frequents are located. Everything was shot on location in Akihabara, it seems. Sadly, Secret Base Cafe is a manga/doujin shop iRL and not an awesome sentai cafe.

I don't have one for Super Sentai, but I have this one and an Ultraman one if you want that one. A good start for Sentai would be Dairangers(Hikari-Senshi subbed it), Shinkenger(ShinkenAnon is in the process of scrubbing it but has the first 33 episodes out already), or perhaps Gokaiger(Over-Time did it) depending on if you watched Power Rangers before(Although the show if good even if you didn't, and it lets you preview old Sentai powers).
