I have the book. I'm away at University and left the book at my other residence. I am not going home for several weeks, and so I decided to download a portable copy in the meantime.

Like I said, I already own the book and do not want to purchase another copy. I'm a university student away from home and have no access to my copy of the book. Hence my asking for a link/torrent of the British version of the book.

I found a million torrents for it, the problem is I need the British version, The Philosopher's Stone, not the American "Sorcerer's Stone". The pagination and word choice varies, and for my lit course I cannot have the American version.

I'm taking a youth literature course in my program to become a teacher. We're looking at modern works of high fantasy. Harry Potter has undoubtedly had an impact on our generation, and as such studying it in a course that looks at the development of the children's literature genre would make sense. I have found a myriad of downloads and torrents of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, however I reside in the Great White North (Canada) and here we have the original British version popularized, and as such this is the version my class requires. As you can read from previous posts, I actually own this book, however I am currently away at university and cannot get my copy of the book in time for my seminar.

Those are all torrents for videos or audio versions and I need the British text? I've already tried the pirate bay. I've downloaded several 7 book sets, and they've all turned out to be the American versions despite having the title "Philosopher's Stone" for the first book. This is the problem. This is why I'm asking others to see if there's something I haven't tried.
