Despite our conformity-fetishist society, you don't have to choose or form an identity. You don't have to decide on being gay or straight, though yes, bis have to deal with a double-assload of intolerance.

You might want to look into the polyamory communities near you (provided you have them. If you're in the bible belt they are going to be pretty underground). There's usually a lot of crossover between them, your local LGTBQ community center, any neopagan communities, any renaissance faire societies and any BDSM communities in your area. If you can find one, it's a matter of connecting the dots to the others.

oh just go with it. 'develop identity' is a really stupid idea. you are you and you should develop your identity by being you. no one out of high school sorts people into categories for any reason except on 4chan.

language is for communication, and words like gay, straight, are adjectives to describe, not containers you have to pick one of and stick with.

maybe you're just horny a lot. go with that. later you might get sick of sleeping around, maybe not. but relationships are developed, and are compromises. which doesnt detract from them in any way.
