I said chronic, not transient. Castration would remove their ability to get jollies from doing it, they wouldn't receive any sexual gratification from it.

Male or female, gay straight or... asexual. if they have a chronic sti then by all means they should be castrated.

If it makes OP feel any better, they're test piloting a new vaccine in the UK for HIV because it's become a serious problem with in the gay community.

I know you're freaking out at the moment but I know people with HIV that have undetectable viral loads and high CD4 counts and they live relatively normal lives and are in relationships.

There are even websites for HIV people to date each other.

You can't. Whilst I agree gays need to be a lot more culture and this culture of gift giving/bug chasing needs to be clamped down on. I mean prison/death penalty. There are many people that are both heterosexual and homosexual that don't know that they're infected.
