I'm curious about this one. Does being trans (or even just gay) has had any negative repercussions for you when looking for a new job?Post biological sex, gender identity, age, and nationality if you wish.Alternatively, how difficult is it get one in Argentina or Uruguay. But that's my personal question so ignore it if you want.

It can. You can find a list of trans-friendly businesses in your area via Google. Good luck.
Gay: you just don't bring it up. What kind of retard goes around talking to a potential employer about his sex life?Trans: depends on how passable. Nobody will employ a non-passable tranny, unless she's a really valuable asset.
porn star?
bumping because of OP's pic
>>23257See, that's all well and good until someone asks you if you have a wife or girlfriend. Or if you think a girl is attractive. Sexuality comes up more often than you'd think.
>>23435Then just make up some shit.
>>23467But that's fucked up, yo. How do you think gay rights will progress if people don't see gay people in all walks of life?
>>23257>Nobody will employ a non-passable tranny, unless she's a really valuable asset.That's not true.
Apparently a lot of transpeople have issues with finding work, but I honestly haven't. I only had one job before I came out as m2f, and that only lasted 2 months before I quit. After that, when I started my next job, I was in girl-mode 24/7 and stayed at that job for 3 years. Then, I lived on Employment Insurance for 1 year, and then I got my third job which I've been at ever since.I'd probably agree with >>23257's point; my second job was at a cell center; so I wasn't working with the public which likely prevented a whole mess of problems. When I started my current job back in November 2010 (retail drone), I passed fairly well and it's only gotten better since, as has my confidence.
>all dat candy and pinkD-d...damn
>>23505I don't know what the effects might be like, but I'd say express yourself freely. If it isn't accepted, find another job. Like you said, how will our rights progress if we're not noticable?
>>23505>But that's fucked up, yo. How do you think gay rights will progress if people don't see gay people in all walks of life? They account for less than 10% of human society. They should be seen proportionate to their percentage; though thankfully I see them 0% of the time as I live somewhere in Norway that isn't Oslo/Fag central/Sand Nigger central
>>23505Why would it be fucked up?
>>23530I don't live in Faggotopia so it's probably different in your place.
>>22654 (OP)>Tranny getting a job in a Catholic country in Latin America. That's cute. You'll be lucky if you don't get stoned.
>>23585Yeah, they should. Which is why I would come out at a job. How fucking stupid are y->faggot>sand nigger Oh.
>>23617Stay mad, minority degenerate.
>>23257you can not pass and get a jobyou're just far more likely to get it in some office where no one can see you than working a register somewhere
