In BF3 you pull the charging handle EVERY FUCKING RELOAD, and its done in a batshit retarded way. Personally I think this outweighs not showing bullets in a mag for a couple of frames.

Battlefield. That has always been my online game of choice since 1942.

I just like games that are more open and not just a corridor shooter.
Playing premade groups in BF2 on 64 player server was the most fun I've ever had. Different squad tactics, leaders on VT that pass information down the chain of command and shit. It was glorious.

LOL I don't care BF3 will fucking own. BF2 is the most realistic shooter i've played, besides some of the hit marker issues. The sounds effects were fucking amazing. MW3 can put all the magpul/tacticool stuff in the game that they want, but if they don't have falling fucking skyscrapers/amazing sound effects they are fucked....proper fucked haha.

Firearms Souce is a good game for guns. It has:

-tac reloads
-bipods for sniping rifles and machine guns
-open bolt and closed bolt weapons
-remembers how many rounds in each magazine
-some unusual/rare weapons
-realistic tracer placement in a belt
-selectable body armour

Black had select fire but also 95 round mags for the M4 (and the mag looks like a standard sized one).

Also 60 round mags for ak47.

That game was just about blowing shit up (hardest difficulty has you hunting down every big explody thing on the level and exploding it).
