The many, many news companies in Poland have no interest in the consequences of their reports. If you've ever read a Polish newspaper, you'd know they go above and beyond reckless reported on a daily basis. I can confirm that a similar video was on the news this week; they could be the same. I have no idea how long after the crash the footage was, but the surrounding area was still burning like in this video. There wasn't any big fuss about it though, which means it didn't have anything like mysterious figures, gunshots, and screams.

There's no doubt that people would show up at the wreckage site, but that is no evidence of any wrong-doing. As a fluent Polish speaker, the subtitles are fairly accurate, but the crucial parts of the audio are unclear and determining exactly what it said is impossible. More importantly, the audio isn't really verifiable. The "give me the gun" (in Polish of course) is understandable, but it could be a few other similar sounding phrases: "give me some help" for instance. The "please don't kill us" is so faint and muffled that I couldn't make any determination as to what they said.
