Why? The show stresses the importance of responsibility for ones own actions and is fairly balanced in how it portrays both the short comings of society towards minority and lower class groups while not making all individuals blameless, and in fact placing the blame squarely on their shoulders often.

Code Geass was actually entertaining. Even though I saw the final twist coming from miles away I downloaded the series to watch it although I wish they had spent more time about the Gods, Masks and other shit since that could have been really interesting.

McGruder makes his money because the people he parodies and edgy nigger hating white kids find his satires and and stereotypes relatable, believable, and on some level enjoyable.

The black viewership IMO is split between those who watch because of how accurate they see it, or how relatable and funny the exaggerations seem to them. Either audience is indifferent at the end of the episode.

If the series was seriously trying to use its humor as a teachable and intelligent critique on blacks, it wouldn't be 10 years late, fairly tame for modern american cartoons, and overly inviting to casual viewership with what are essentially nigger fart jokes.

The strip was decent, if not a bit too political with too little content, but the show is just an outright smack in the face to anybody who knows shit about whats funny and isn't, and who understands the actual impact widespread viewership of it will have.
