>>11421301 >>11421309 >>11421322 You're trying way, way hard here.
>A
license holder commits an offense if the license holder carries a
handgun on or about the license holder's person under the authority of
Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code, and intentionally fails to
conceal the handgun. >intentionally >intentionally >intentionally
Know
why they put that in there? To keep faggots from screaming bloody
murder every time some poor guy bends over to pick up a bag of Puppy
Chow in WalMart and prints or exposes his handgun. With the word
"intentionally" there, the cop responding (if there is one) must make a
determination if the brief exposure was intentional or not. If he
decides "yes" (and he'd better be DAMN sure of his case under pain of
being sued to oblivion) then it's up to the court to decide if, in FACT,
the hapless man "INTENTIONALLY" exposed his weapon. Which, if he was
carrying IWB normally (shirt untucked, jacket/coat on, etc.) they will
not be able to do. That is why I said that the only people prosecuted
for exposing their CC weapon were the real, total fuckups. Learn your
laws before you try to talk shit or troll bro.
tl;dr - NuggetFancy tries real hard, blows it out his ass, gets owned by Zed. Colorado V. Texas, Texas wins. Again.
Pic related. God, it's awesome in Texas. |
