    Ugh, I am so sorry.

This would be my ideal jacket, a softshell with reinforced shoulders, maybe elbows as well like on the SORD hardface, but with a hood. It just occurred to me the chest rig is a TAG Phalanx II, so I was wondering if the jacket was drawn from reference as well, or at the very least if the logo on the bottom left of the jacket was from an actual company.

I realize that the logo is in the same place as a TAD jacket, what I'm looking for is the swag 2-tone reinforcements. More pics forthcoming.

This is the Hardface, made by SORD Australia. No hood.

And this is some softshell made by Mil-Tec, which I've never heard of. I saw it on ebay. Again, close but lacking the hood.

TAD used to feature 500d Cordura reinforcement on the elbows of some of their older jackets.

Yeah, I am worried it might be an older style that they rotated out of existence. I'm still hoping there's some knockoff equivalent.

Anyway, gonna bump with random animu kit.

SPLAV M23 Chest rig, probably the best fixed-pouch rig I've ever owned. It has lanyard hooks for frag pins in the grenade pouches so you can arm them with one hand.

This is now Dat kalashnikov general

I was not a fan of the Magpul MS2 sling for two reasons. The first being that the strap was too narrow and would dig into my neck even while wearing a frag vest. The second was that the brass snapshackle was getting "worn away" by my rifle's sling attachment point, and I got to a point where I expected it to fail me.

    The MS3 looks nice, though.

What I DO like is the Magpul Angled Foregrip. Looks swag as hell and makes thumb-over-bore feel very natural, even on short carbines.

Chicom chest rigs- well, you get what you pay for.

But by far the best bit of kit I've ever gotten was my striker unit. Shit is so boss, I just wish I could wear my 5.11 pants with it.

Yes, and I do love my Gorka for cold-dry enviroments. But it's basically made of tent canvas, and I was hoping for something more mordern and perhaps water-repellant.
