My experience is rather limited in the matter, the only times I've been pulled over was while I was in my security guard uniform, and the cops didn't seem to give a single fuck. Keep in mind though I was wearing a uniform similar to theirs and that put them at ease though. I still had to conduct myself as though I wasn't in uniform though. I might have lucked out and ran into the chill cops, IDK. I did have a buddy who got stopped and had his pistol in the door (this one was when I lived in TX) and despite him having a CCW (out of state) the cop chewed his ass for the gun being visible. The cop didn't charge him though so it's all good. Most cops aren't as bad as people would have you believe.
