Once
involves lucid dreaming, in which you use all your senses in the dream,
listening to thinks, touching things, tasting things and whatnot. After
that, any dreams afterwards feel far more realistic because you notice
all these things naturally.
The other way is just to eat something big before going to sleep. Don't know why it works, but it does. |
