01/18/11(Tue)00:09 No. 6826645 File1295327351.jpg -(98 KB, 380x247, Delayclose.jpg ) the thing that i appreciate the most about /jp/ is the posting rate it's a very comforting, somewhat slow speed it's an easy pace to have one on one conversations with, but multiple participants works quite well too most of the board population seems to be from the older days, and have a very firm grasp on imageboard etiquette the
level of overreaction seen on this board is very limited, as an
example, there are no explosive fits thrown due to having sage in the
email field the groups that have not been around as long seem
very respectful toward the way the rest of the board moves, and they
adapt quite quickly to the easygoing mood and slow flow atmosphere the thing that helps the most through this, is new threads are not made as nonsensically as the other discussion boards these threads will reach much higher post counts, and will go on for days at a time other
boards, if you really enjoy a thread but your body is telling you it's
bed time, you'll be very lucky if you can come back to it in the morning
(or night)
