Jesus fuck it's amazing how your english is so bad. Don't you learn English at school? Genuinely curious here, if you go to pretty much any foreign chan in the world, people there will talk in good or perfect English. You guys and the chinese seem to be the worst. We actually do learn English at school, but, like, ~70% of those lessons are completely and utterly useless. "Lahndahn iz da kapital of ze Grate Britehn", "Eye ehm on dutay toodey" and stuff. A lot of people who graduated couldn't speak English at all. Nowadays the situation is much more better than it used to be, as I can see. I can't really judge though, I'm currently studying in a small nice high school with awesome teachers, and every pupil here is able to speak English well.
